Adelaide Oval and river panoramas with resort facilities

Torrens by Convido sits on North Terrace opposite the casino, a few doors east of its sister address and marginally closer to the railway station and Parliament House. The convention centre is eighty-five metres, the station three minutes on foot, the hospital and research precinct nine hundred metres, and Rundle Mall about ten minutes. The oval is a little over a kilometre away across the footbridge.

Both free services run from this door: the free tram along North Terrace with a stop at the railway station, and the free City Connector bus.

The outlook is what sets this building apart. Eighteen levels face north over the Riverbank precinct, and the upper floors take in the oval, the River Torrens and the parklands beyond in a single sweep. It is the only building in the Adelaide group that sells its view as a room type, which tells you how good it is.

A heated indoor lap pool opens at half past six and runs until ten at night, with a spa, a sauna and a fully equipped gym alongside. Business and conference facilities are available, a concierge and tour desk work the lobby, reception is staffed around the clock, and on-site parking is available but limited.
