Morphett Street by Convido sits at the west end of the Adelaide grid, with Light Square immediately north and the central bus station two minutes away. The Central Market is six hundred metres, which also puts Chinatown and the Gouger Street eating strip at your door, and this is the closest address in the collection to all three. Her Majesty's Theatre is five hundred metres, the casino a kilometre, and Rundle Mall about fifteen minutes on foot.

Getting around costs nothing from here. The free City Connector bus uses Morphett Street as a timing point, so the route effectively runs past the building, seven days a week.

Facilities sit together on a single level in the building next door. A heated indoor lap pool opens at six, with a spa, a sauna and a steam room beside it. Note there is no gym here, which is the trade for what is otherwise the best-value address in Adelaide.
