Every Convido apartment is set up for the working day. Real desks. Sit-stand options. High-speed wifi that can easily handle a video call. Full kitchens you can actually cook in. Hotel-grade linen, refreshed weekly.

Our apartments don't look the same as each other. Heritage in one city, contemporary in another. Different layouts, different fit-outs, different building amenity. We pick each one on its own merits not because it fits a template.
What's consistent is the inclusions, the standards, the operational quality. It adds up to a curated collection, not a standardised inventory.
We work with owners, not the open market.
Most operators take whatever apartments they can find on the open market. We work directly with property owners and developers, under leasing, management or hybrid agreements.
This means our clients get access to apartments and buildings other operators can't offer. It's supply we've chosen and control, so you can place people with confidence.
