Light Square by Convido sits on Waymouth Street at the west end of the Adelaide city grid, with Light Square as its immediate neighbour. The Central Bus Station is five minutes' walk, the nearest tram nine, and Adelaide Railway Station twelve. The Adelaide Central Market and Chinatown are both eight minutes away, Victoria Square under a kilometre, the convention centre around ten minutes, and Rundle Mall about fifteen. Adelaide Airport is five kilometres, roughly thirteen minutes by road.
The education and medical precinct is unusually close: a TAFE campus four minutes away, a university campus five and a medical school ten. The free City Connector buses serve this end of the city.
The building was completed in 2025, so everything in it is new. Upper apartments look out over Light Square, the Adelaide Oval, the city skyline and the hills beyond, and the top levels have private lift access.
A fully equipped gym is available to residents. Check-in runs in the afternoon, so let reception know if you are arriving on a late flight.

Convido's apartment exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning in future. The meet-and-greet was also a nice touch - it made check in run very smoothly.
