Landmark tower views from Melbourne's arts precinct

Southbank by Convido sits on City Road directly opposite Eureka Tower, which is the whole point of the outlook here. The National Gallery and the Southbank promenade are both five minutes on foot, Crown is six hundred metres, and Flinders Street Station is a walk across the river. The arts precinct starts at the end of the block.

The building is new, completed in 2017 and running to thirty-seven levels. Every apartment has a private balcony, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and its own laundry, which for a long stay matters more than most things on a facilities list.

There are no shared leisure facilities in this building. No pool, no gym, no sauna. What you get instead is a newer, quieter apartment in the best position in Southbank, with the arts precinct and the river on foot and Crown around the corner.

Reception is staffed around the clock, secure entry, intercom and cameras control the building, and undercover parking is available on site with a booking.
