Spectacular riverside views high in a Melbourne landmark

Convido Eureka Tower rises from Riverside Quay in Southbank, directly on the Yarra. The Southbank Promenade runs at the base of the building, with Crown, Southgate, the Arts Centre and the NGV a few minutes from your doorstep. Flinders Street Station is a walk across Princes Bridge and the Royal Botanic Gardens sit a short way east. Southbank is outside the free tram zone, so trams here take a fare.

Residential floors climb a long way up, which is the point of staying here. North-facing apartments look over the river to Federation Square, the sporting grounds and out to the Dandenong Ranges on a clear day.

Resident facilities sit on the tenth floor: a 25-metre indoor heated pool, a gym, two saunas, an outdoor deck and a thirty-seat cinema with a small library. A concierge desk covers the day and evening, with security overnight. Lifts are keycard controlled and floor-restricted, and a dedicated lift bank serves the upper levels. Parking and storage are on site. A short induction with the building manager opens up the recreation facilities.
