Sweeping bay views above a Southbank piazza

Convido Melbourne Square sits on the inland side of Southbank, off Kavanagh Street. A landscaped public park of around three thousand seven hundred square metres sits at the base of the building, with established gardens, water features and walkways through it. Around that, a European-style piazza holds roughly fifteen thousand square metres of shops and restaurants, including a two-storey full-line supermarket, the first in Southbank.

Apartments face east, with incredible city views. The arts precinct, the Royal Botanic Gardens, Crown and the NGV are all a walk away, and Anzac Station on the new Metro Tunnel line has brought the rest of the city much closer.

A concierge desk is staffed around the clock and takes deliveries for you. Secure entry, intercom and cameras cover the building, and basketball courts sit within the precinct. For a longer stay this is the quieter, greener end of Southbank, with a supermarket downstairs.
