Riverfront Southbank with two spectacular floors of facilities

Convido Freshwater sits on Queensbridge Square, right on the Yarra, with Crown and the Southgate restaurants next door. Flinders Street Station is minutes away across the river, and the Arts Centre, the NGV and the arts precinct are a short walk south. A food arcade runs through the ground floor, including a 7 Eleven and IGA supermarket for everyday things. Southbank sits outside the free tram zone, so trams here take a fare.

What sets this building apart is that facilities run across two levels rather than one. The tenth floor holds a 25-metre indoor heated pool with a spa, sauna and steam room beside it, a full gym, a theatre room with a library and a business centre with computers and internet. Outside, a landscaped garden terrace with a lawn and barbecues gives you somewhere to spend a Saturday. Higher in the building, a second recreation level adds a pool and lounge with a long view over the city and the river and is open to guests with apartments above level 40.
