Riverbank living with free trams at the door

Riverbank by Convido sits on North Terrace with the convention centre eighty-five metres away, which is close enough to walk out of a session and be home in a minute. The railway station is three minutes on foot, the casino two hundred and ninety metres, and the hospital and research precinct nine hundred. Rundle Mall is about eleven minutes and the oval a little over a kilometre across the Torrens footbridge.

Transport is free from this door in both directions. The building sits inside the free tram zone with a stop at the railway station, and the free City Connector bus runs along North Terrace.

This is the largest building in the Adelaide group and the only one with three-bedroom apartments, which makes it the one to use for a family relocation or a longer team posting. Every apartment has a private balcony, and the north-facing upper floors look over North Terrace to the oval, the Torrens and the medical precinct, with sunsets over the coast beyond.

A heated indoor lap pool, a sauna and a fully equipped gym cover the mornings. A cafe operates at ground level, meeting and event space is available in the building, and reception is staffed around the clock with secure parking on the lower levels.
