Adelaide's tallest residential tower above the cultural boulevard

North Terrace by Convido sits on Austin Street, immediately behind the North Terrace cultural boulevard. Rundle Mall is four hundred metres away, the Art Gallery of South Australia three hundred, and the South Australian Museum and the University of Adelaide both under five minutes on foot. The convention centre is a little over a kilometre and the Adelaide Oval about fifteen minutes' walk. Adelaide Airport is seven kilometres, roughly fifteen minutes by road.

Getting around costs nothing here. The free City Connector buses stop a minute from the door and run seven days, and Adelaide's free city trams are five minutes away.

At forty levels this is Adelaide's tallest residential building, with panoramic views across the city from the upper floors. At street level, a restored 1858 building holds a bar and restaurant.

The eighth-floor deck is the amenity level. A twenty-five-metre outdoor lap pool sits alongside a spa, and the gym includes a climbing wall and strength equipment. The gym opens at six and closes at ten.

Reception is staffed from eight until five. Parking is available on site at a nightly rate and needs booking ahead.
