Convido Rivervale sits on Riversdale Road on the Burswood Peninsula, about fifty metres from the Swan River with a park directly behind it. Optus Stadium is under two kilometres away on foot and Crown Perth a little less. The riverfront cycling and walking paths run straight into the city, five kilometres west, and Perth Airport is under seven. Burswood Station is a kilometre away and buses run along Great Eastern Highway. Note that Rivervale sits outside the free transit zone, so this is a car, train and river-path address rather than a free-bus one.

The building is thirteen levels and the western outlook is uninterrupted. Floor-to-ceiling glass gives you the Swan River, the city skyline, Optus Stadium and the sunset, with the Perth Hills behind you to the east.
