Convido Belmont

Convido Belmont sits on Great Eastern Highway in Belmont, three and a half kilometres from Perth Airport and about eight from the city. Buses stop at the door and run straight through to Elizabeth Quay in roughly half an hour, and the same route reaches Redcliffe Station on the airport line. A park backs onto the complex three hundred metres away and the Swan River is seven hundred. Crown Perth and Optus Stadium are a short drive. Note that Belmont sits outside the free transit zone, so this is a bus and car address rather than a free-CAT one.

The building is new, nine levels and just under two hundred apartments. The outlook is parkland and suburbs rather than river or skyline, and balconies on the park side look over the pool and the trees.

Facilities are the most complete of the Perth collection. The outdoor pool has a large deck and a park outlook, with a spa, sauna and steam room beside it and a gym alongside. A games room with a pool table and a communal lounge cover the evenings, and there is a barbecue and alfresco area for warmer nights.

There is plenty of visitor parking, which is rare, so having people over is easy. Intercom security and cameras control the building, and a secure bay and bike storage come with the apartment (storerooms are available upon request at some residences).
