Convido Adelaide Terrace sits on Adelaide Terrace in East Perth, on a block that runs through to Hay Street. The Swan River and Langley Park are both under three hundred metres away, the concert hall eight hundred, and the Hay Street Mall and Elizabeth Quay sit a little over a kilometre west. Buses stop at the door on Adelaide Terrace, the free Red CAT runs along Hay Street a block north, and the building is inside the free transit zone. Optus Stadium is about two kilometres away and the airport eleven.

The two buildings on this site are joined by a shared entertainment deck, and that is where the facilities sit. Swim in the pool, train in the gym, then take the sauna. There is a residents lounge and a games room with a snooker table for the evenings, barbecues on the deck, and a meeting room when you need to work outside the apartment.

Security access and cameras control the building, and a secure car bay comes with the apartment (storerooms are available upon request at some residences). For a long stay this is a quiet, well-equipped address a short walk from both the river and the city.
