Convido Condor Tower stands at the eastern end of St Georges Terrace, directly opposite the Supreme Court Gardens. The Barrack Street Jetty, the Town Hall, the Hay Street Mall, Langley Park and the Swan River foreshore are all a short walk, and Elizabeth Quay is a few minutes west. An internal walkway connects the building through to Hay Street. A bus stop is a minute away and a supermarket nine. The address sits inside the free transit zone.
The building runs to around twenty-seven levels above a base of offices and law chambers, with a cafe at street level. Apartments look out over the Swan River, the Bell Tower and the city skyline, with parkland in the foreground on the southern side.
A twenty-five-metre lap pool is the centre of the facilities, with a sun deck, a spa and a barbecue area alongside. The gym is open around the clock. Security access and cameras control the building. Undercover parking is available in the building, so ask before you arrive.
For a long stay this is a quiet, green-fronted address with the city and the river both a short walk away.
