Convido Queens Riverside

Convido Queens Riverside sits on Moreau Parade in East Perth, the last building of a four-part complex arranged around a European-style piazza with landscaped gardens, water features and permanent public artworks. Queens Gardens are three hundred and fifty metres away, the cricket ground and racecourse are a short walk, and the Swan River foreshore is close. The city centre is about two kilometres west and Optus Stadium three. A free CAT bus stops out front on Adelaide Terrace. Claisebrook Station is about twenty minutes on foot, so the bus is the better bet.

The building itself is two structures joined by a sky bridge over the laneway below. Balconies look out over Queens Gardens, the Swan River, the cricket ground, the pedestrian bridge and Optus Stadium, depending on aspect.

Facilities are shared across the complex and reached across the piazza. A heated twenty-five-metre outdoor infinity lap pool sits on the fourth-floor pool deck with two Japanese-style hot tubs beside it. There is a gym, a residents lounge, a dining area and a cinema with recliner seating, plus poolside barbecues.

A concierge works on site, which is unusual for Perth. Secure video intercom controls entry, cameras cover the common areas, and there is bike storage and a parcel locker. No on-site car parking available at Convido Queens Riverside.
