Convido AU North Tower faces Hay Street in East Perth, directly across from the Perth Mint. The free Red CAT bus stops immediately outside, which makes the run into the city centre quick and free, and the whole address sits inside the free transit zone. The Swan River and Langley Park are both under three hundred metres south, the concert hall eight hundred metres west, and Wellington Square a short walk north. Optus Stadium is about two kilometres away and Perth Airport eleven.

This building and its neighbour on Adelaide Terrace are joined by a shared entertainment deck, where the facilities sit. Swim in the pool, use the gym, then take the sauna. A residents lounge and a games room with a snooker table cover the evenings, barbecues sit out on the deck, and there is a meeting room for the days you need to work somewhere other than the apartment.

Security access and cameras control the building, and a secure car bay comes with the apartment (storerooms are available upon request at some residences).
