Convido Elevation Tower stands on Adelaide Terrace in East Perth, four hundred metres from Langley Park and six hundred from the Swan River foreshore paths. The Hay Street Mall is a kilometre west and Elizabeth Quay a little further. The free Red CAT bus runs along Hay Street one block north, buses stop on Adelaide Terrace at the door, and the address sits inside the free transit zone. Kings Park and Northbridge are both about two kilometres away.

The views are the best of the Perth collection. Apartments look out over the Swan River, the Bell Tower and the city skyline. The rooftop takes in all of it at once.

Facilities are split between the roof and the lower levels.
