Convido Murray Street

Convido Murray Street sits on the corner of Murray and Barrack Streets, at the eastern end of the Murray Street Mall. The Hay Street Mall is one block south, Perth Station a short walk north, and Northbridge and the river both a few minutes away. The free CAT bus runs this corridor and the building is inside the free transit zone.

Apartments occupy the upper levels of a hotel building and there are only a handful of them, which makes this the most boutique address in the collection. Large balconies look out across the Perth skyline.

Downstairs, the bar and grill was named Restaurant of the Year at the West Australian Good Food Guide Awards, and there is a bar, a cafe and a rooftop venue in the same building. Residents receive a discount on dining and hotel services, so eating well takes no planning at all.
