A bus stop and taxi rank are a minute away, the ferry a twenty-minute walk, and the Brisbane CBD and Central Station are both a kilometre and a half south. The Brisbane Showgrounds are eight hundred metres away and the New Farm Riverwalk a little over a kilometre. Brisbane Airport is about eleven kilometres.

The private rooftop is the reason to stay here. An infinity pool sits at the top of the building with sun decks, an alfresco entertaining area and landscaped gardens around it, and there is a second landscaped garden with outdoor seating on the sixth floor. Upper-level apartments have large balconies with city and northerly views.

Facilities are focused rather than long. There is no gym in the building, and the rooftop is what this address does well.

Reception is staffed from eight, weekdays until five and weekends until four, and sits in the neighbouring tower a short walk away. One parking space is complimentary when you book direct, with additional spaces available nightly. Building management runs full time and cameras cover the common areas.
