Customs House by Convido

Customs House by Convido stands at the top of Queen Street, where the city grid meets the river, directly across from the old Customs House itself. The Riverside ferry terminal and the RiverWalk are a minute away, Eagle Street Pier and the Howard Smith Wharves are both about five minutes on foot, and the Queen Street Mall is ten. Central Station is eight minutes and the Story Bridge is the view from the balcony.

This is the tallest address in the collection. The tower reaches two hundred and seven metres over sixty-nine floors, and it was Brisbane's tallest building when it opened. Apartments are sold by outlook for good reason: from this height and this bend in the river you get the water, the bridge, Kangaroo Point and the full skyline.

A heated twenty-five-metre outdoor lap pool sits on a furnished sun deck with barbecues, and a spa, a sauna and a fully equipped gym round out the facilities.

Reception is staffed around the clock and there is a convenience store and bottle shop at ground level. Eight levels of secure parking mean a car space is a realistic proposition rather than a wait list.
