Prime Brisbane living with two pools and views

Charlotte Street by Convido sits in the middle of the Brisbane CBD, in the financial district between the retail core and the river end of town. The Queen Street Mall is three minutes on foot, the City Botanic Gardens a few minutes the other way, and the Eagle Street riverfront a short walk. Central Station is about nine minutes, South Bank ten across the Victoria Bridge, and the airport around twenty minutes by road.

The building runs forty-four levels and every apartment has a private balcony with a city outlook, which puts the skyline in front of you from the moment you get home.

Two pools is the unusual part. A twenty-five-metre heated indoor lap pool opens at five in the morning and runs until eleven at night, and there is a separate outdoor pool alongside it. A sauna and a fully equipped gym keep the same long hours, and a barbecue sun deck can be booked for the evening.

Reception is staffed around the clock, secure entry, intercom and cameras cover the building, and undercover parking is available on site with a booking.
