A quiet waterfront pocket with year-round leisure

Convido Village Docklands sits where Flinders Street runs into Docklands, about two hundred metres from the edge of the CBD grid. Trams stop at the front door inside the free tram zone. Southern Cross Station, the convention centre and Crown are all walkable, and the Flinders Wharf restaurants are around the corner. A small arcade of shops sits at the base of the building.

This is a mid-rise building rather than a tower, which keeps it quieter than its neighbours. Some apartments look towards the Yarra, with floor-to-ceiling glass and generous balconies.

The pool is covered, so it works year round, and a barbecue and garden area sits alongside it. Reception is staffed around the clock and a manager is on site. Secure entry, intercom and cameras cover the building, and parking is undercover. For a long stay you get the location of the city without the noise of it.
