Convido Melbourne Quarter sits between Collins and Flinders Streets, a block south of Southern Cross Station. That puts the airport bus, the train lines and the free tram zone at your door. The precinct around the building is half open space, with an elevated public park looking back over the city and close to forty cafes and restaurants at ground level. Crown and the South Wharf outlet centre are a short walk south.

Facilities run across three dedicated floors. Swim in the 25-metre indoor pool, then work through the spa, sauna and steam room. The gym and a private yoga space sit a level below. Evenings are easy here: a twenty-seat theatrette, a residents library, a lounge and private dining rooms with full kitchens that open onto terraces with barbecues.

Floor-to-ceiling glass gives you the city, the Yarra and Port Phillip Bay from the upper levels. A concierge works from the lobby, reception is staffed around the clock, and parcels, secure access and parking are all handled on site.
