Harbourfront Docklands with sweeping city and bay views

Convido Victoria Point stands on the corner of Bourke Street and Harbour Esplanade, right on Victoria Harbour. Marvel Stadium is next door, so match nights happen at your feet. Southern Cross Station is a short walk over the Bourke Street footbridge, trams pass the building inside the free tram zone, and ferries run from the Docklands wharves.

The building runs to forty-two levels, which puts the upper floors well above the waterfront. Balconies look over the harbour to the city, and the higher aspects reach out towards the bay. The District Docklands shops and the waterfront restaurant strip are both a few minutes on foot, and the CBD grid starts a block away.

A concierge looks after the front of house, parcels are held on site, and secure entry, intercom and cameras cover the building. Parking is undercover. It is a straightforward place to base yourself for a few months, with the water on one side and the city on the other.
