Convido 36th Street sits on 9th Avenue at the 36th Street corner in Uptown Bonifacio. A five-star hotel is ninety metres away, the Uptown mall about a hundred and fifty, a Japanese department store a little further and a warehouse supermarket under two hundred. An international school is four hundred metres away and the Uptown bus stop around two hundred and sixty.

The north tower runs forty-five levels, so the upper floors take in the whole district and the city beyond it. Inside the podium there is a zen garden and an artificial lagoon.

Facilities are broad. A lap pool complex sits alongside wading and children's pools, and there is a gym, a yoga and pilates studio, an aerobics room, function and multi-purpose rooms, a game room, a basketball court and indoor and outdoor play areas. An al-fresco lounge and a green wall look onto the garden. The lobby is guarded around the clock.
