Convido 8th Avenue stands on 38th Street at the 9th Avenue corner in Uptown Bonifacio, in the middle of the Uptown mall, hotel and dining cluster. The district's bus network connects it to the rest of Bonifacio Global City and on to Makati.

The building runs fifty levels, which puts the upper apartments well above the district.

Facilities are unusually work-friendly. Alongside the swimming pool with an in-pool lounge and wooden deck, the spa and the fitness centre with an outdoor training area, there is a business centre, a laundromat and multipurpose rooms with pre-function areas.
