Northern Bonifacio living above its own mall

Convido 11th Avenue stands on 32nd Street at the 11th Avenue corner, in the northern gateway of Bonifacio Global City. A five-level retail mall sits directly beneath the tower, reached by resident lift, and the Uptown mall, hotel and dining cluster is a short walk, with a supermarket and Market! Market! close by. The Bonifacio bus network connects the district to Makati.

The building runs forty-nine levels above the retail podium, so the upper apartments look out over the district and the city beyond it.

Facilities sit together on a landscaped garden deck of more than three thousand square metres on the fifth level: a twenty-eight-metre lap pool with a children's pool and jacuzzis, a gym, a yoga area, a function room, indoor and outdoor lounges, a jogging path and a view deck, with indoor and outdoor play areas. Security is staffed around the clock, and residential parking sits within the building.

For a long stay the appeal is not having to go far — the shops, a supermarket and the restaurants sit directly below the front door, and the garden deck is a few floors up.
