Laneway character with the Yarra at your door

Convido Riverlee sits at the quiet eastern end of Flinders Street, with the Yarra directly across the road and a laneway art wall at the back door. Flinders Street Station and Federation Square are a few minutes west, and the sporting precinct, the Royal Botanic Gardens and the NGV are all an easy walk. Trams run past the door inside the free tram zone.

This is a low-rise building of twelve levels, so it feels smaller than the towers around it. A covered driveway brings you straight into the lobby and lifts. The rooftop terrace on the top level has timber decking, an outdoor dining area and a long view over the river to the sporting grounds, and a planted courtyard runs up through the middle of the building.

There is a gym for the mornings and a cinema room for the evenings. Parcels go to a locker, swipe access and cameras cover the building, and parking is on site. Restaurants available in the surrounding area.
