Trams run on both streets, you are inside the free tram zone, and Southern Cross Station is about ten minutes on foot. A public park and a tiered amphitheatre sit at the base of the building, alongside ground-floor dining.

The resident floor sits high in the sky bridge that joins the building's two towers. Swim in the indoor pool with the city below, train in the gym, then take the yoga studio. In the evening, book a private dining room with a full kitchen, or settle into the residents lounge.

A concierge onsite, parcels go to a secure locker room, and swipe lift access, intercom and cameras cover the rest. Parking is on site. Stay a few months and Collins Street starts to feel like your street.
