Convido Perea Street stands on Perea Street at the Dela Rosa corner in Legaspi Village, in the middle of the Makati central business district. The Greenbelt shopping and dining complex, the Ayala Avenue office towers, five-star hotels and Ayala Triangle Gardens are all within a short walk, which makes this one of the easiest Makati addresses to work from and eat around.

The building runs forty-six levels and was Shang Properties' first residential tower in the country, completed in 2005. Its floor plate is set in a shallow Z, so the corner apartments take in views on three sides, and the upper floors look out across the district.

Facilities sit on a landscaped pool deck: a swimming pool with a children's pool and a jacuzzi, a gymnasium, separate steam rooms, a function room with high ceilings and a children's playroom. The tower is split into low and high zones, each entered through its own ground-floor lobby.
