A serene garden outlook beside Darling Harbour

Convido Landmark stands on Sussex Street directly opposite the Chinese Garden of Friendship, on the Darling Harbour side of the city. World Square is two hundred metres away and Tumbalong Park three hundred. Town Hall Station and the new metro station are a short walk, the light rail runs along George Street, and Chinatown, Darling Quarter and the Darling Harbour waterfront are all a few minutes on foot.

The building runs to twenty-nine levels with a hotel occupying the lower floors, so residential apartments sit well above the street. Upper levels look across the city and out over Darling Harbour, with floor-to-ceiling glass and balconies.

Facilities are indoor and year round: a heated swimming pool, a spa and a fully equipped gym. Security access and intercom control the building, and with eight basement levels, parking is actually available here rather than theoretical. For a long stay this puts Chinatown, the convention precinct and the harbour all within a ten-minute walk.
