Convido Acacia sits on Wattle Street in Ultimo, looking over Wentworth Park. Central and Town Hall stations are both a walk away, the Wentworth Park light rail stop is closer, and city buses run along Broadway. Darling Harbour, the Sydney Fish Market, the university precinct and the Broadway shopping centre are all within a few minutes, and an aquatic centre is next door.

Parkland is what distinguishes this building. Balconies look east and west over Wentworth Park, which gives you a green outlook rather than the wall of glass you get in the city proper.

Facilities are a complete indoor set: a swimming pool, a spa, a sauna and a fully equipped gym. A barbecue area sits off the central courtyard. Access to the building is controlled, management works on site, and a secure car space and a lock-up storage cage come with the apartment. For a longer stay this is a quieter, greener alternative to the CBD, ten minutes from it on foot.
