Convido Thirty-Eighth Street sits on 38th Street in Bonifacio Global City, within reach of the district's shopping, dining and business addresses and connected to Makati by the Bonifacio bus network.

The building runs fourteen levels with only two apartments to a floor, which makes it the most private address in the Manila collection. You will rarely share a lift lobby with more than one neighbour.

Facilities are an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a function area. Security is staffed around the clock, and secure parking is available at an additional charge.

For a long stay this is the low-density option in a district built almost entirely of towers, close to the shops and restaurants without living above them.
