Convido Second Avenue stands on the corner of 30th Street and 2nd Avenue in west Bonifacio Global City, a short walk from Burgos Circle and a large private hospital. The Bonifacio bus stop is close by, with the west route reaching Makati in about ten minutes and Ayala Avenue in around fifteen.

The building runs twenty-seven levels with only eight apartments to a floor, and the floor plate is shaped so that every apartment gets a full glass corner. Most have balconies, and around sixty per cent of the site is given over to greenery and parkland.

Facilities sit low in the building: a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and sun deck, a gym with showers and change rooms and a function room. A roof-deck sky garden and a gazebo area sit above. Security staff the lobby around the clock with cameras through the common areas and standby power to the building.
