Convido High Street sits in central Bonifacio Global City, closer to the High Street shopping and dining strip than any other residential building in the district. The Fort Strip, a public park, the arts centre and two large malls are all within a short walk, and the Bonifacio bus network reaches Makati in about ten minutes.

The building runs forty-one levels, with residential floors sitting above five levels of offices and ground-floor retail. Apartments have balconies facing the city, and the upper floors look out over the district uninterrupted.

Facilities are a swimming pool, a gym club, function rooms and a playground. Parking runs across the podium and multiple basement levels, three high-speed lifts serve the building, and the whole tower has backup power. The lobby is guarded, with cameras throughout and fire detection and alarm systems.
