Residences across India's major technology and financial centres
With Convido, relocating to India means arriving ready for what comes next. Across Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai and New Delhi, we connect professionals with residences designed around the realities of living and working away from home.
From established commercial centres to well-connected residential neighbourhoods, you have the space, comfort and privacy to settle into everyday life. So you can focus on the work, experience your new surroundings and make the most of your time in India.
Tell us the city, the dates and the office address, and we'll come back with options. Most briefs are answered within a few days. Nothing is confirmed until you've seen what we're proposing.

Apartments sourced to your brief
We don't hold a fixed portfolio in India. We source apartments once we know the city, the length of stay and where you need to be each morning, so what you get is chosen for the assignment rather than picked from whatever happened to be free.
In practice that means a one or two-bedroom apartment in a gated residential development, with power backup, security and building facilities as standard, positioned for the commute rather than the postcode.
Practical things to know

Lay of the land
Himalaya in the north, backwaters and beaches in the south, desert to the west. Distances are enormous and the trains are worth taking.

Food and drink
There is no single Indian cuisine; the only constants are spice and depth. The rich, wheat-based dishes of Delhi bear little resemblance to Kerala’s tropical, rice-and-coconut staples. Yet, both are entirely worth the trip.

Culture and character
With twenty-two official languages and constant festivals, India thrives on chaotic celebration. Here, hospitality is a fierce moral obligation, moving at a dizzying pace that demands transition.

The seasons
Hot and dry from November to February, the north bakes until June’s monsoon breaks. Meanwhile, the tropical south dictates its own climatic timetable.
Bangalore takes some adjusting to. Having somewhere that was already sorted, with the wifi working and someone who knew the area, meant I only had one thing to get used to instead of five.
