Response to the Coronavirus Outbreak

Our organisation has been providing accommodation solutions for valued clients and guests for more than twenty years, and in that time our commitment to the security, health and safety of those staying with us has always been paramount – we take our duty of care very seriously. 

The coronavirus outbreak is affecting travellers around the world, and we recognise that many of you will have concerns about how this might impact your current or upcoming booking.

We have responded to news of the outbreak by taking multiple measures to safeguard our clients and guests under the advisement of local and international health authorities.

  • For months now we have been closely monitoring all local, national and international developments and have been in regular contact with government health department officials to ensure we are implementing best practice procedures in the interest of staff and guest safety.
  • Additional precautions are being taken to keep staff and guests safe, from distancing measures to sanitisation, and if you are currently staying with us, we will keep you informed on how any changes may impact you.
  • We are working to ensure there is minimal disruption to service, but as the situation and circumstances are changing, our policies are evolving as new guidelines are released. We appreciate your adherence and understanding.

We understand that despite the uncertainty around future travel restrictions, many of you will have upcoming travel requirements, and we can assure you we are still taking bookings and continue to offer personalised service and high-quality accommodation for our valued clients and guests. We will advise clients and guests regarding the government regulations incoming travellers must comply with at the time of booking.
