I am a Philippine national with extensive international business experience.
My time with premium hotels, The Peninsula and Shangri-La in Singapore and as a key member of the Manila Shangri-La start-up, has ensured a keen awareness of the importance of customer service in the accommodation industry and the critical importance of teamwork.
Subsequent experience in the brand licencing industry exposed me to sophisticated marketers such as Sony Pictures and Lucas Films, requiring effective communication skills at all organisational levels.
Key roles in property development in the Philippines rounds out a relevant skill set for the expansion of Convido in the Asia region.
I was recruited in 2010 to build the Convido Manila business in Asia from scratch. Convido is now recognised as the leading corporate housing provider across the Asia Pacific region, with a strong product quality and client service operating philosophy.
